  • Depending on the needs required, we will usually make 1 - 2 daily home visits.
  • 30 min or 1 hr slots are available.

  • It is the owner’s responsibility to contact us within 24 hours of your stated return date.
  • Service continues with your pet’s well-being in mind unless we hear from you. Additional fees will apply.

  • Service availability varies by type, length, frequency, and number of furry friends.

New client: The client agrees to a minimum service value of $105, or $140 which applies to either:

  • Three (3) dog walks or pet sitting visits at your home, or
  • A minimum two-night stay at our home for your dog,
  • — whichever option results in the greater total value.

Existing client: No restrictions

  • Any credits for visits, walks, or overnight stays expire one year after payment is received.
  • We accept Cash, Cheque, Electronic Banking, and PAYPAL.
  • An invoice is emailed to the client on a monthly basis, or when the service has finished.
